And why am I still starving today? I'm not emotionally eating. I'm h.u.n.g.r.y. And it's not all sweets I'm eating either. Really odd...
It's time for a bike ride now so I can burn off some calories so I can eat some more.

Thats what running repeats will do to you. I really think they increase your metabolism!

ReplyDeleteI go through that every now and then. It's amazing how much I can eat when the metabolism strikes! I've been known to eat an entire large pizza. Yikes!!

ReplyDeleteSome days you just can't get full. I amaze myself at how much I can eat some days. Guess that's why running doesn't equal weight loss for me...oh well, at least it makes you feel better about eating all you want:)

ReplyDeleteI believe when it's colder than usual your body wants more calories as to keep you warmer; either that, or you're hungry. I have some tricks, like brushing my teeth...don't want to eat after clean teeth...or chewing peppermint gum as it's sweet and also gives me that feeling of fresh teeth...who wants to eat with fresh teeth???
